Construction Inspector

We are looking for a Construction Inspector who is motivated, dynamic, and willing to work diligently in a fast-paced team environment.

• Qualifications:
• At least five years of experience as a construction inspector.
• At least three years of experience in construction inspection of public works projects.
• Experience in inspection of construction of pipelines, pumps, steel tanks, concrete tanks, etc. will be a plus.
• Experience in inspection of concrete, masonry, earthwork, steel, electrical equipment, etc.
• Good English verbal and writing skills.

• Duties:
• Inspect construction activities for public works projects, specifically water related infrastructures such as pipe, pump stations, and storage tanks.
• Ensure construction is according to contract plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and testing laboratories.
• Write inspection reports.
• Attend project meetings.
• Review pay estimates, project schedules, and RFIs from contractors.
• Report construction issues and change in field conditions.
• Prepare as-built documentation.
