Perliter & Ingalsbe is a Southern California based consulting engineering firm offering a full range of services for water, wastewater, storm drainage and other infrastructure facilities. We were established in 1946 by two enterprising engineers, Mr. Simon Perliter and Mr. Arthur Soring, with a vision to provide both top quality and cost-effective engineering services.

Since the beginning, we have earnestly served numerous communities, public agencies and private enterprises in Southern California and beyond.
