Rolling Oaks Pump Station

The existing aging pump station serving the City’s Rolling Oaks community located in the southern part of the City service area required a new pump station. Although a relatively small and simple pump station, it involved almost all components of many large pumping plants designed by Perliter & Ingalsbe.

Perliter & Ingalsbe provided complete engineering services, including planning, detail design, coordination with utility agencies, and construction management.

Major Components and Special Features:


  • 2-200 gpm, 20 HP fixed speed pumps
  • Electrical system and equipment including switchgear, panel boards and SCE provided transformer
  • Instrumentation and controls
  • Masonry building with architectural treatments
  • Piping, vaults and meters
  • Pressure relief valve and bypass system
