Rolling Oaks Pump Station

The existing aging pump station serving the City’s Rolling Oaks community located in the southern part of the City service area required a new pump station. Although a relatively small and simple pump station, it involved almost all components of many large pumping plants designed by Perliter & Ingalsbe.
Perliter & Ingalsbe provided complete engineering services, including planning, detail design, coordination with utility agencies, and construction management.

- 2-200 gpm, 20 HP fixed speed pumps
- Electrical system and equipment including switchgear, panel boards and SCE provided transformer
- Instrumentation and controls
- Masonry building with architectural treatments
- Piping, vaults and meters
- Pressure relief valve and bypass system

- Electrically operated entrance gates
- Grading, paving and other site improvements
- Landscaping and irrigation provision
- Demolition of existing facilities
- Special provisions for providing continuous operation of the existing/new pump station
