Majority of the site improvements are performed as part of existing facilities improvements projects, such as reservoirs, pump stations, flow control facilities, tanks, administrative and control buildings, and other similar water, waste water, reclaimed water and stormwater facilities.

Major Components

The following lists types of general site improvements that we have successfully completed.

• Site and facilities access improvements, including roads and parking lots, concrete driveways, ramps, ladders, and stairways
• Drainage improvement, including concrete curbs, gutters, ditches, interceptor ditches, catch basin, drainage structures, and erosion controls
• Aesthetics improvements, including architectural treatments for buildings and exposed walls, interior and exterior painting, landscaping, irrigation, concrete and masonry monument/entrance walls
• Site security improvements, including outdoor lighting, gates, fences, vehicle detection system, cameras, intrusion alarms, special locking devices, and water quality testing equipment
